These Gift Card Terms and Conditions explains the terms that apply to Roam Gear Pty Ltd (ACN 632 110 680) (“Roam Gear”, “we”, “us” or “our”) Gift Cards and eGift Cards, including how they can be purchased, used and redeemed, and the restrictions and conditions that apply. In these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “your” refer to any person who purchases, receives or uses a Gift Card or eGift Card. By purchasing or using a Gift Card or eGift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under the ACL.

Gift Card Definition
In these Terms & Conditions, "Gift Card" refers to physical Roam Gear branded gift cards, and "eGift Card" refers to digital Roam Gear branded gift cards. Both can only be used at Roam Gear. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are available in the following denominations: $20, $50, $100, $250, and $500.

Purchasing Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased online, in-store, or via phone by calling 1300 762 643. eGift Cards can only be purchased online at www.roamgear.com.au.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be purchased using the following methods:
• Cash - In-store only
• Credit and Debit Cards - Visa and Mastercard
• PayPal
• Afterpay
• Zip Pay
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Gift Card Usage and Redemption
Roam Gear Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be redeemed for all products (except other Gift Cards or eGift Cards) and associated shipping costs available on our website and in-store. The card entitles the holder to goods and services equal to the value loaded onto the card. Our Gift Cards are partially redeemable, and any unused balance will remain on the card for future use. If a purchase exceeds the remaining card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Restrictions
The following conditions and restrictions apply to all Roam Gear Gift Cards and eGift Cards:
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card or eGift Card
• Cannot be refunded or returned, unless otherwise required by law (including Australian Consumer Law)

Expiration
Roam Gear Gift Cards do not expire and can be redeemed at any time

Refunds And Returns
Where products purchased with a Gift Card or eGift Card are returned, money owing will be refunded by a Gift Card or eGift Card, respectively.

Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged Gift Cards
You should treat your Gift Card and eGift Card like cash. Roam Gear is not responsible if a card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Except as required by law, we will not provide a replacement or refund in these circumstances.

Gift Card Balance
For Gift Cards: The remaining value is shown on the card itself.
For eGift Cards: The current balance can be found in the last email sent at the time of the last purchase.
The value shown on all Gift Cards and eGift Cards include GST.

Fraud Prevention
Roam Gear reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card as payment if we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful conduct, or a breach of these terms and conditions.

Changes To Terms And Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, any changes will only apply to Gift Cards purchased after the date of the change. The terms applicable to a Gift Card are the version in effect at the time the card was purchased.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Australian Consumer Law Rights
The benefits and policies outlined in these Gift Card Terms and Conditions are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the ACL. To the extent permitted by law, Roam Gear’s liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to the remedies available under the ACL.
By using a Roam Gear Gift Card or eGift Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
